When considering the endurance performance of electric motorcycles, we do not blindly think that “the higher the better”. For most people, the endurance of electric motorcycles only needs to meet daily needs, that is, to be able to run 100 kilometers.
However, some people may feel range anxiety, such as those who need to travel long distances, especially in occupations such as delivery drivers and couriers, who need to use electric motorcycles frequently every day, their electric motorcycles must run fast and far. In recent years, there have been more and more long range electric motorcycles, which has been breaking through from 100 km, 300 km to 600 km.

This article introduces the top 10 long range electric motorcycles in China, which are as follows: ZHENGBU T3, JIALING DQT-6, JINGXUN SANYANG 4, OUDI hillclimber, WUYANG G5, SAIGE G108, JINJIAN JINGANG 650S, TAILG TL1200DT-22D, AIMA F692, SLANE tank 300(in order of mileage or first letter), their range is between 250-610 kilometers, far more than the endurance of ordinary electric motorcycles.

This ranking was first published in 2023. If you are sourcing long-range electric motorcycles in China in 2026, here is what you need to know: where the ten models below stand today, and which models currently offer the most range. All 2026 figures are manufacturer-official numbers tied to a stated test method; on real roads, range is typically 40–60% of the claimed figure — see "How to read a range number" below.
📋 Are the ten 2023 models still around?
| 2023 model (claimed range) | 2026 status |
|---|---|
| TAILG TL1200DT-22D (300 km) | Tailg is still one of China's largest makers and the TL1200DT series continues (a new TL1200DT-28M was filed with MIIT in June 2026). But it is a 51 km/h commuter scooter, not a long-range machine. Tailg's current long-range flagship is the Leopard Super (豹子超能版): 72V 100Ah, claimed up to 315 km. |
| AIMA F692 (250 km) | AIMA remains a top-tier manufacturer. The F692 is no longer offered; AIMA's current long-range line is the premium SCOOX X7 (200 km, CLTC) and the delivery-oriented Mach U7 (200 km). |
| JINJIAN JINGANG 650S (300 km) | Jinjian is still in production (Lingjie 650, Capricorn 650, Tianxing and others), but current models test at roughly 70–120 km of real-world range — far below the 300 km claimed in 2023. |
| ZHENGBU T3 (610 km) · JIALING DQT-6 (600 km) · JINGXUN SANYANG 4 (400–500 km) · OUDI (300–400 km) · WUYANG G5 (380 km) · SAIGE G108 · SLANE tank 300 (250 km) | Small domestic brands with no verifiable official pages in 2026. Treat these as historical references and confirm availability directly with the seller before sourcing. |
📉 Why the 2026 range figures look shorter than the 2023 table
The 2023 table claimed 250–610 km. Those figures were manufacturer marketing numbers published without any stated test standard, and most are physically implausible: dividing the stated battery capacity by the stated range gives 13–31 Wh/km, while real electric motorcycles need roughly 45–63 Wh/km even on best-case city cycles. The 2026 figures in this update are manufacturer-official numbers tied to a stated test method (constant-speed, GB cycle or CLTC). A credible long-range electric motorcycle in China today claims about 200–350 km — shorter than the 2023 marketing numbers, but real and comparable.

🌍 Global context (outside this article's "in China" scope)
For comparison, the longest-range electric motorcycles sold outside China go further, but they are NOT sold in the Chinese market covered by this article and are listed only for global perspective — do not treat them as alternatives you can buy in China:
Evoke 6061-GT — up to ~660 km (Evoke, Czech / China)
Verge TS Pro — up to ~600 km (Verge, Finland)
Energica Experia — ~420 km (Energica, Italy)
Zero SR/S — ~320 km (Zero, USA)
LiveWire ONE — ~235 km (LiveWire, USA)
All figures above are manufacturer-claimed and not homologated for China. Verify directly with each brand before quoting.
🧠 How to read a range number
Manufacturer "maximum range" is almost always measured at a low, constant speed with a light rider and no cargo. On real roads:
- Riding at 70–75 mph / 110–120 km/h can cut range by 30–50% versus city riding.
- Every ~10 kg of rider or cargo reduces range by roughly 1–3%.
- Cold weather, headwinds, and a loaded delivery box all reduce range further.
Always ask a supplier for the range test standard (constant-speed vs. WMTC/equivalent cycle), test speed, load, and temperature — otherwise the numbers are not comparable.
📦 For importers
All ten models in the original 2023 list, and the nine China-market models in the table above, are built for the Chinese domestic market. They are not type-approved for the EU (UN-ECE / Regulation 168/2013), the UK, or the US (DOT/EPA), and cannot be road-registered overseas without homologation. When sourcing in 2026, specify your destination market's certification requirement at the design stage — retrofitting compliance after production is rarely economical.
