What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For most models, our standard MOQ is one full container. We do accept mixed-model trial containers (usually containing 2-4 models). For exact quantities by model and packing type, please refer to the section below titled "How many units fit in a container?"

Can I order samples before a full container?

Yes. Start with samples to verify quality. Sample prices are higher and take longer to produce than bulk; once you confirm the sample, your order moves to wholesale pricing.

Can I mix different models and colours in one container?

Yes, within limits. Some configurations require per-model export certificates (for example lithium-battery dangerous-goods documents), so a container typically carries 2-3 models. We confirm the exact mix when we build your quotation.

Are prices FOB, and what is included in the quoted price?

Our export prices are FOB (for example FOB Shenzhen). The vehicle price is quoted without the lithium battery by default, because lithium cell prices move with the market and are quoted separately; lead-acid versions are cheaper and can be quoted all-in. Every quotation clearly states whether battery, charger and certificates are included.

Which supply modes can you provide - CBU / CKD / SKD / OEM?

All of them. CBU (fully built units), SKD / CKD (semi or completely knocked down for local assembly), and OEM / ODM (your brand, logo, decals and paint). CKD/SKD can lower freight and, in some markets, import duty.

Can you manufacture under my own brand (private label)?

Yes. We support private-label branding - logo on the body or tank, custom decals and paint - and can sign a manufacturing and distribution agreement that includes a right of first refusal and filming of your models production line for your own marketing.

Lithium or lead-acid - which should I choose?

Lithium is lighter, longer-lasting and is now the mainstream commercial choice; lead-acid is cheaper but heavier and shorter-lived. Prices and certifications differ. Tell us your budget and use case and we will recommend; many African and Latin American buyers now insist on lithium.

Can I upgrade the battery capacity (for example to 200 Ah)?

Yes, within the vehicle's certified battery compartment. A larger capacity may require re-certification and a dedicated production slot because cells are made to order, so for the current batch we often recommend a proven configuration and reserve the higher capacity for the next order.

Do your vehicles have EEC / CoC certificates?

Some models already hold EEC; for others we help you obtain local type approval and provide the technical documents your authorities require (drawings, BOM, test reports, wiring diagrams). A certificate fixes a model's homologated specifications such as power and voltage, so upgrades may need re-certification.

Which models do not need a driving licence?

In most markets it is the electric bicycle (EPAC in the EU, EAPC in the UK) - pedal-assist, limited to 25 km/h with a motor of 250 W or less - that can be ridden without a licence or registration. Speed limits, power caps and licence rules vary by country - share your market and we will recommend compliant models.

How many units fit in a container?

It depends on model and packing (CBU / SKD / CKD). Typical loading per standard 40'HQ container:

Can you ship vehicles with batteries?

Yes. Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods, so shipping needs DG packaging and certification; battery and vehicle may ship separately, and DG booking can take longer in peak season or when vessel space is tight. We arrange the booking and supply the documents.

What documents do you provide for customs clearance?

Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus certificates and HS codes on request. Common HS codes are electric motorcycle about 8711.60.00 and battery charger about 8504.40.14, confirmed per order. The buyer handles local import clearance; we recommend reliable forwarders.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment. We also accept an irrevocable L/C at sight from a major bank, with the original L/C received before production.

Can we pay by letter of credit (L/C)?

Yes. Tell us your issuing bank and terms. Note that late shipment dates or discrepancies may require L/C amendments, so we align the L/C with the confirmed production and booking schedule.

What is the lead time?

Mass production is typically about 40-45 days after we receive the deposit or original L/C. If certification is needed, homologation and lab testing add roughly 2 months depending on the lab. LCL shipments wait until a container is consolidated.

How do I keep track of my order?

We send production and packing updates, including photos of your goods, and shipping milestones. For time-sensitive orders we recommend agreeing a schedule upfront so bank/L/C and seasonal deadlines are met.

Do you provide spare parts?

Yes. We include complimentary accessories and spare parts with the order (up to about 1% of the order value) and can prepare spare-parts packages so your customers have coverage from day one.

What is the warranty?

Warranty is provided on the vehicle and the battery, with the terms set out in writing and, for distributors, reflected in the distribution agreement. Durations vary by model - request the specification for the exact model you are quoting.

Is it hard to assemble a CKD / SKD container?

It is routine for mechanics. We provide model-specific assembly videos and manuals plus remote guidance, and many partners employ local technicians for final assembly. Tell us your setup and we will match the packing (CBU vs SKD) to your capability.

Can I become an exclusive distributor?

Often yes, on a territory basis with an annual volume commitment and a manufacturing and distribution agreement covering exclusivity, a right of first refusal and branding. Share your market and targets and we will structure the terms.

What partnership models do you accept?

Primarily, export to distributors and importers on FOB terms, plus OEM / private-label orders. We are not currently set up to act as a local retail or consignment partner, so buyers handle their own import and clearance while we assist with documents and forwarders.

I am new to EVs - how do I start?

Send us your country, target price band and intended use (delivery, passenger or retail). We recommend models, a starter container mix, compliance notes and a landed-cost view, then issue a quotation.

Which models sell best in my market?

Best-sellers differ by region - for example delivery scooters in Latin America and Africa, 45 km/h mopeds in parts of Europe, and passenger tuk-tuks in Africa. We share recent best-seller lists and country market notes for the region you serve.
